Registration Information:

Massary asks you to supply the following information:

Data of the shop / Company:

The name of the shop / company.

Numbers of Tax card and the commercial record.

Address of the shop / company in details.

Data of the shop / company owner:

Owner's full name.

Number of personal ID, whether it is a national ID card or a passport, whichever is available.

Gender, nationality, and date of birth.

Address in details.

Mobile number and landline number.

Postal code and personal email address.

Data of shop / Company manager:

Manager's full name.

Massary needs these data according to the rule of KYC, as well as to protect the rights of the owner of the e-wallet against attempts to enter the e-wallet by unauthorized persons and also to mail to the owner in case of problems, return the rights, send the e-wallet guide and performing the procedures for verifying identity electronically.
Masary also needs these data for studies and analysis to determine the beneficiaries of certain services and to develop services rendered to these groups to meet their needs.

Masary is committed not sell personal data to its customers or to any third parties without their customer's consent, but Massary can disclose that information to banks collaborating with Massary to provide services to Masary's customers and IT companies which cooperate with Massary technically to build technological systems of the company or governmental or judicial authority that makes a decision or a binding judicial ruling that the disclosure of the identity of a customer.

Protection of Customer's Information:

Password and security question and answer.

Owner of the wallet must not tell the e-wallet's password or security question or answer to anyone because this brings risk to e-wallet to be used by the unauthorized parties.

Massary keeps the passwords encrypted in the database and can't be exposed to any of Masary team. When an electronic wallet is created a random password consisting of letters and numbers is generated and then password is sent automatically to the mobile phone number registered as the number of e-wallet.

Secure the internet connection:

Masary e-wallet uses protocol of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and 1024-bit encryption system to protect the data that are open to users.

In cases of amendment of personal information for the owner of the e-wallet such as the mobile number, e-mail address or postal code, the customer can access his e-wallet, and adjusts them from the "manage your account" tab.

Massary has the right to modify or amend this policy at any time, and Masary should publish updates in privacy policy department on its website www.e-masary.com, and mentioning update date at the top of the web page.

If Massary wants to use your personal information in a manner different from described in this section, you will be notified in advance by e-mail, knowing that the owner of the wallet has the full right to give permission to Massary to accept or reject his data to be used in the new manner.
